Katy ISD teacher accused of having sex with student

A Katy school teacher accused of having a sexual relationship with a student
was ordered by a judge this morning to have no further contact with the
teen.
State District Judge George Godwin ordered that Virginia Cammack, 35, not
talk to or contact the 17-year-old boy while free on $20,000 bail Cammack
was charged Tuesday with having an improper relationship with a student, a
second-degree felony.
After the brief hearing, prosecutor Denise Oncken said Cammack taught at
Morton Ranch High School. She said Katy ISD authorities were led to Cammack
by an anonymous e-mail and phone call from a parent |
